Job Description
A - PURPOSE & SCOPE
Responsible for the management and growth within existing base of accounts, as well as acquiring new business through selling InterCall conferencing services, to an established base of zero billing accounts.
B - MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and developing relationship with all existing accounts by contacting and promoting InterCall's services and additional features, via telephone.
- Responsible for generating revenue growth within these accounts via telephone contact and when necessary face to face visit
- Sourcing and identifying new users within existing and zero billing account bases, using telephone contact.
- General administration duties such as creating and sending emails and letters to customers, creating new users, maintaining ACT database, staying aware of competitors.
- Dealing with enquiries from account base, such as invoicing, product training and promotion of services within accounts along with setting up new users.
- Consistently achieving target of £2k growth/new business whilst ensuring a minimum of 60% of account base is actively billing.
C - KEY OBJECTIVES
- To achieve specific sales target of £2k growth/new business and maintain a minimum of 60% of account base actively billing.
- To support managers to meet company objectives.
- To highlight potential problems and manage changes to prevent further issues.
- To troubleshoot and resolve customer questions and issues
- Maximise revenue within every account in assigned base by telephone and face-to-face appointments along with electronic marketing support
- To reactivate non billing accounts by re-blueprinting and promoting
- InterCall via telephone and face-to-face appointments
Person Specification
1 - SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiations and problem solving skills.
- Good Knowledge and understanding of effective marketing tools and presentations.
- Good knowledge of conferencing market including competitors USP's
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
- Ability to make decisions in line with business, customer and client needs.
- Ideal background in a similar role demonstrating high telephone customer contact and self motivation
