Working hours: 8.00 - 5.00 (Or hours needed to complete the task)

Job Description
A - PURPOSE & SCOPE
You will be directly responsible and ultimately targeted on the collective success of 6 external and 1 internal new business sales force selling within the Unified Communications space - encompassing Audio, Video, Web and Event conferencing.
The scope of the role is to grow and develop your team through side-byside coaching and mentoring, KPI monitoring - within a successful and proven model.
B - MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage resource levels, workloads and productivity of the team to ensure individual and team targets are met.
- Ensuring that activity levels (KPI's) are sufficient to maintain strong run rate pipeline.
- New business appointment of a qualified standard are being set and completed by the team.
- Shadowing of team members on appointments and coaching sustainable improvements in performance.
- Creative input in organising and executing incentives to drive activity, motivate change in behaviour for specific appointment setting days.
- Attainment of team revenue targets, on an incremental month to month basis.
- Recruiting of new team members, in line with corporate guidelines
- Performance management and disciplining procedures of team members.
C - KEY OBJECTIVES
- To ensure each team member achieves their specific sales target through predominantly generation of new business with some growth through existing business.
- To manage, develop and motivate individual team members to ensure that the team outputs achieve all business objectives.
Person Specification
1 - EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- 5 years sales experience and minimum of 2 years man management experience.
- With proof of continuous target attainment, both individually and collectively.
2 - SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- A working knowledge of Business to Business Service sales (and conferencing industry - not essential, however would be a huge advantage)
- Excellent understanding of coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to demonstrate and execute effective presentations both to team and the business.
- Computer literate - Goldmine CRM experience helpful but not essential.

- Ability to work as a team player or to use one's own initiative in a busy environment is essential.
