Reservationless

Reservationless conferencing gives you on-demand conferencing 24 hours a day, seven days a week without the need to make a reservation. Holding a conference is as simple as dialling a permanent number and entering a conference code. There are a variety of features available that allow you to control and secure your conference such as muting all callers except the Chairperson/Leader, locking the conference to additional callers, conference record and playback. There is no Operator intervention unless you request it.

To register for this service, complete an account request form. You will receive a confirmation email containing your conference codes and relevant telephone numbers. To use the service, simply forward the relevant details (telephone numbers and codes) to your colleagues.

Operator Assisted

The Operator Assisted service combines personal touch with a feature-rich conferencing service. Expert Operators manage all the details of the call so you can concentrate on delivering your message. An Operator will greet all callers and place them into the conference. The Operator is available throughout the call for when you require assistance.

To register for this service, complete an account request form. You will receive a confirmation email containing the dial in numbers for Reservations. Then, simply call Reservations to schedule your calls, request the features you require for that call and forward the details to your colleagues.
