Downloading and Installing the InterCall Mobile Assistant

Welcome to the InterCall Mobile Assistant, a mobile tool to enhance your audio conferencing experience with InterCall. We are excited to offer you this service to increase your productivity when joining InterCall audio conferences from your mobile phone.

The following process will install the application onto your Blackberry phone.

The first time you launch the application, you will be prompted to create your first conference dialer profile.

Installing the Mobile Assistant for Blackberry

  1. Go to the Download service and select the Blackberry platform
  2. Select your Blackberry phone from the selection presented. If you phone is not displayed, select the closest phone available.
  3. Select the application to download for your phone (* there may only be one - Mobile Assistant or there may be others as we add additional services.)
  4. Please fill out the information page as complete as possible, as we will use this information to notify you of updates. The mobile phone number must be complete and correct.
  5. For the Blackberry applications, you should select the option " SMS Download?*". This will send a text message to your phone with the URL link to download/install the application.
  6. The URL will take you to a web service displaying the application information. Select Download to begin the install process.
  7. The Mobile Assistant application will be downloaded to your phone and installed.
  8. Depending on your phone, a restart may be required to complete the installation.
  9. To begin using the service, select the MobileAssist application from your home page of your phone.

Removing the InterCall Mobile Assistant

  1. At the home page of your phone, select Options.
  2. Select Advanced Options and then Applications
  3. Scroll down to the MobileAssist item and select it.
  4. Choose Delete from the popup menu and confirm.
