How do I install the InterCall Mobile Assistant?

Click here to request the Mobile Assistant application for your Blackberry device. This will take you to a shopping cart type environment where you can select your phone and then how the client is delivered to you.

How do I start the InterCall Mobile Assistant?

Once installed, an icon called 'InterCall' will be present in your Programs listing or selecting the InterCall Icon (MobileAssist) application from the main BlackBerry screen. Clicking on the icon will start the application.

How do I create a new conference Profile?

From the main application screen, select New Profile from the left action button.

Can I edit a profile once I create it?

Select the profile via the thumbwheel and select Edit from the pop-up menu. .

How do I join a conference?

Select the profile of the conference that you wish to join and select Join Conference or Dial.. This can be via a touch screen , 5-way navigation method or the thumbwheel on the Blackberry. Once selected the application will initiate a dial out to the InterCall Audio Conferencing service.

How do I delete the application from my phone?

Select Options-->Advanced Options-->Applications--> scroll to MoibleAssist item and select. Choose the Delete option from the menu choice.
