Outlook Plugin
The Outlook Plug-In allows you to include InterCall conferencing information in emails and calendar appointments directly from Outlook. By simply downloading the plug-in, you can create up to four pre-determined sets of conferencing information in Outlook. When you are ready to send an email or create a calendar appointment simply click the appropriate pre-determined button on your toolbar and the meeting information is automatically included. You no longer have to type in or remember the meeting information each time you are scheduling a call.
