InterCall offers FREE web conference training programs that provide information—from the most basic to advanced—to help you get started using your Conference Place account. Our trainers have years of web conferencing experience so you can be sure you are learning from the best.We recommend that you participate in the Conference Place training programs in the following, sequential order:
- Basic Conference Place Leader Training – If you lead meetings and would like an introduction to the basic meeting features, this is the course for you.
- Advanced Conference Place Features Training – This course includes how to schedule and lead meetings with advanced features such as PowerPoint add-in, the instant messaging add-in, Outlook Add-In and Office Collaboration.
