  • Productivity Tools Productivity Tools include the One-Click program and integrations with other programs, such as Microsoft Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, and instant messengers. Using One-Click and the integrations, you can schedule, start, or join online meetings quickly, without having to go to your branded service site.

    *** Lotus Notes Admin Tool-To install Integration to Lotus Notes, you must have Manager and Designer database access privileges. If you do not have database access privileges, you must first have your Lotus Notes administrator run the Lotus Notes Admin Tool, and then download and install the Productivity Tools software.
